What is the thickness of the sidewall panel wood?
Each wooden panel for the sides, front and back, is about +-14mm. Other manufacturers get by with a much thinner wooden panel, some as thin as 3mm. We feel that this is much too thin and is not as structurally sound as our thicker panel. Why Far infrared is Better than Hot Rock Steam Sauna? Far infrared saunas increase the body's core temperature. This helps the body rid itself of harmful toxins through a deeper sweat. Conventional hot rock/steam heater saunas heat the air with steam, which can often be unbearably hot and you will only sweat on the surface. Steam also makes the air difficult to breath. A far infrared sauna uses dry far infrared heat that is well ventilated and extremely comfortable and relaxing. How does Carbon/Ceramic Fibre Work? Carbon/Ceramic fibre Heaters is the only far infrared heater to be clinically tested.
This Carbon/Ceramic heater with solo Carbon has proven to emit more far infrared which promotes a deeper sweat.
